Happy Reading!

When I was a young woman, living in California, I became friends with Marianne. She was everything you might imagine a 23 year old woman living in Santa Barbara to be. Marianne was beautiful in a breezy, open minded and kind hearted way. She often prayed for the world and was always working to make it a kinder and gentler place.

Over the years, we have staying in contact (thank you facebook). She and I are both grandmothers now and we still pray for the world and hope all manner of good things for people and other living things.

Marianne just sent me this picture of her grandchild enjoying the Soulful Sydney book, read expertly by grandpa! This makes my heart sing. Connection! Connection! Connection! Kids and all living things need it!
